An individual or corporation can make contributions to Go America PAC without any limit, and these funds can be spent to influence federal elections without limit.

 

Individual donors and corporate donors are subject to all disclosure requirements mandated by the Federal Election Commission including: only US citizens may donate to PACs or influence US elections; contributions to PACs must be disclosed to the Federal Election Commission including donor name, employer and occupation; concealing the source of a PAC donation is illegal; contributions to Go America PAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
